Cartografias paralelas
Parallel mapping is the story of a journey that continues.
An adventure with an eye toward the hope of a better future.
A future in order that is based on the restoration balance;
in the present to the future,
with the help of the last memory.
It is a journey towards utopia,
you have to choose which is charge and what baggage.
We will put in the suitcase essentials,
begin to project the future,
discard what we deem superfluous,
we will include only what is essential.
Days later we will miss things that were rejected
We will wonder why we left them behind.
Then we will ask ourselves if elections were correct
and we will recover questions we thought forgotten.
Though we’ll find answers that we even had asked before,
the journey will continue, as the journey always follows.

For all that they suggest adventures in space, Noelia speaks to us in her pieces of the importance of looking forward to the future but without losing sight of the path travelled, past experiences, and of deciding at each moment what baggage we want to carry on our unfinished journey.
