Journal of Telecommunications (JOT) obtains first international serial rights to any published manuscript in the Journal of Telecommunications. While every effort is made to preserve the author's (or authors') style, the Journal Editorial Committee and staff reserve the right to edit articles.

Manuscripts for submission to Journal of Telecommunications (JOT) should be prepared according to the following instructions:
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts are treated as confidential. They are peer-reviewed by at least two anonymous reviewers selected by the editor.
The corresponding author is notified as soon as possible of the editor's decision to accept, reject, or request revision of manuscripts. When the final revised manuscript is determined completely acceptable according to the JOT format and criteria, it will be scheduled for publication in the next available issue. Rejected papers will not be peer-reviewed again.
