Font Test

While researching something else, I happened to experiment with appuifw.Text(), here's the results. It contains undocumented features (compared to PyS60 1.4.4 manual).

  • There is undocumented font label 'digital'. It doesn't seem to contains anything else but numbers with nice "digital watch" style.
  • You can define the font in three ways:
  1. Using font alias string, for example 'normal'
  2. Using unicode font name, for example u"LatinPlain12"
  3. This is the undocumented feature: using tuple of two or three items, where first item is font name, second item is font height (in twips) and third optional item is style flags. Those are same which you can use with style() method.
