Wade McNair (Biola)

Wade McNair has 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Corporate Learning, Leadership, HR and Organization Development in the United States and Europe. He is an Adjunct Professor at Biola University where he teaches Group & Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and a Faculty Member at the APU Graduate School of Business and Management, where he teaches on Human Resources, Employee Development, Organizational Development and Change Leadership.

Wade is actively engaged in coaching and consulting with corporate, non-profit and faith-based organizations. He is a gifted communicator, creator of the myKUBETM Seminar & Workshop Series, the Authenticity EquationTM, and the Total Engagement ModelTM, and is currently the director of Talent and Organization Development at ECCU in Anaheim, CA.
