Lead by Fahad Khalid, my group has recently developed and released a web server for the construction, analysis, and visualization of genotype networks. We hope this tool will be helpful for scientists that study genotype-phenotype maps, and also for students of evolution who are interested in exploring the structure of such maps in their own data.

We call this tool Genonets. It is available here:
