The Undertaker

Francis Chappell & Sons have been the local and friendly undertaker firm for the Kinglake Estate and surroundings.

They have been around as long as I can remember.

They organised Joe's funeral and I can only say they were understanding, tactful and helpful above what they needed to still provide a good service.

My thanks go especially to Georgina, who run the office and Lee Xavier, the young Funeral Director.

They made everything run as smoothly as possible and ironed out all the inevitable little problems.

I would recommend their services to anyone.
