Pricing above assumes 4 guests. For each guest above 4 please add £35 per week.
Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £30 each per week
Bed linen and towels are not provided but duvets and pillows are
Payment Terms
We require a deposit of £ 100 to confirm the booking, with the balance payable 60 days before the holiday commencement. Payment by direct (internet) bank transfer.
In the event of a cancellation after payment of the balance we will attempt to relet the property and, if successful, remit 80% of the proceeds of reletting
