Welcome

My research examines how natural processes and human activities are structuring our planet. In particular, how urbanization and climate chnage can impact ecosystems, communities and species through space and time. From a management perspective, by building an improved understanding of relevant ecosystem responses we can make sustainable evidence-based management decisions that mitigate the impacts of urbanization and consider future climate conditions that are necessary to ensure the long-term health of the world's species and ecosystems.

Research Keywords: Urban Ecology, Quantitative Modelling, Spatio-Temporal Analysis, Landscape Genetics, Community Ecology, Aquatic Ecology, Conservation Ecology, Connectivity, Habitat Offsetting
