I am a junior attending the School of Science and Technology, San Antonio, Loop 410 location. My school aims to prepare students for the academic challenges that we will face in college and future careers. They encourage students to participate in Science Fair competitions and STEM projects to introduce them to the sciences and develop important skill necessary in many emerging jobs. Science Fair and STEM allow for students to pick a topic that interests them and research it further; learn about the phenomenoum; and be able to explain it to others.
