I am currently a lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin. My research involves non-commutative algebra and algebraic geometry. In particular, I study division algebras, the Brauer group, and the Severi-Brauer variety. I am also coordinator of Mathematics for Elementary Teachers classes at UT Austin.

I am now coordinator of the 316K/L classes for the math department at UT Austin. In fall 2011 I am teaching 316K, mathematics for elementary teachers, and 408N, first semester calculus for students in the College of Natural Sciences.
