The Gods of Balance

These are not gods in the sense of an individual being. They are more or less animistic ideas that exist conceptually. People do worship them--giving them names and attributes--but the reciprocal interaction is never through direct conversation but rather through images, signs and omens.

The domain section indicates the nature of the clergy for these powers.

Power is granted to a follower through the binding of a rune to a characters soul. This provides aspects of divine power to the caster.

The balance is also the power that is used by wizards in the Known World. They do not generally accept the rune as a thing to be worshipped but rather as a tool to pull power from their sources to empower spell like effects.
