I am a director and the CEO of Aurora Energy Research, which I founded in March 2013 with Dieter Helm, Colin Mayer, Cameron Hepburn and Cosmina Dorobantu.

My primary academic work applies International Trade Theory to energy and environmental issues. My academic roles are as a Visiting Fellow at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford, and a Fellow at New York University Abu Dhabi.
