Title: Degeneracy loci formulas for bundles with symmetries
Abstract: Joe Harris was one of the first to look for and find Chern class

formulas for degeneracy loci for vector bundles equipped with

symmetric or skew-symmetric forms.  The answers for bundles

without symmetries (Type A) are given by double Schubert

polynomials, which have all the properties anyone has wish for. 

The cases with symmetries (Types B, C, and D) have been much

more of a challenge.  This talk will describe how recent ideas from

equivariant cohomology have led to a satisfactory solution of this

problem, giving a satisfactory notion of "double Schubert polynomials" 

in all classical types.
