... Selflessly helping people through a genuine, friendly, direct and honest approach...
Thank you for visiting my page. Here is my story...
I knew it was more important to be part of a cause greater than myself. It was too easy to be self-serving. To tell you a little bit about me and where I am going, I would like to take you with me on my professional, yet very personal life's journey to present day.
At the age of 16, I tutored, coached, and mentored middle school aged children for an after-school program. A year later, I decided to give myself an even more challenging position by tutoring, mentoring, and coaching children with special needs so they were able to hone life skills and make a transition into the real world. By the time I graduated high school, my awards and recognition consisted of: a plaque given to me by the Superintendent of Oceanside Unified School District for outstanding and dedicated service to the Board of Education; I was invited to be a part of a high school, state-wide campaign for the Student Advisory Board of Education and found myself, at the age of 18, arguing for California high school students' rights before the California state legislature. I graduated with honors.
In college, as Executive Director of Tagalog and Pilipino Studies, I helped defend a 1,400 strong student body to have Filipino studies integrated under the Asian-American studies umbrella of the Humanities Department at the University of California Irvine. The goal was achieved within 2 years.
Post college, I started four businesses:
1. Financial Services, through Citigroup, where I helped American family households making no more than $60,000 save money so they could send their children to college and safeguard their family's financial future.
2. I started a Corporation under a mutual friend's law practice assisting with bankruptcy and criminal defense. I negotiated one family's debts (credit card, mortgage, and 2nd mortgage bills) in excess of $2,500 monthly payments down to $575, total debts combined. My negotiating skills worked against major corporations such as, but not limited to: Wells Fargo, Schools First Federal Credit Union, Bank of America, Union Bank, and Chase.
3. Legal Shield, independent broker of identity theft, family and small business legal plans from provider law firms in order to provide clients with access to unlimited legal advice.
4. Joan M. Tajon, Assistant Services, a sole proprietorship, primarily contracting with attorneys as a law clerk assisting with all aspects of running a law firm including, but not limited to drafting law and motion pleadings under attorney supervision. And, secondarily, contracting with educational tutoring services assisting minors in English and language arts and math for grades K-12.
I AM now a Diplomatic Ambassador for the United States of America of Okanagan and Attorney at Law.
The LOJMT Law Group is a boutique law firm providing general legal services with an emphasis in Negotiations, Agreements, Business Associations, Business Dealings, Business Transactions and Preventative Law.

"Humanity taught me how to wake up everyday of my life to overcome my own personal battles; it enabled me to extend my will outward to sacrifice my time for other people and a cause greater than myself. I live by a moral code that consists of altruistically helping people for the pure sake of helping people and I want to continue living the rest of my life this way. I believe this can be achieved through advocacy and the practice of law."
