Welcome

I am a political scientist specializing in international relations. Much of my research is concerned with the politics of military alliances. I hold an A.B. from the University of Michigan, an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. I taught in the political science department at Rutgers University for eight years. Since leaving academia, I maintain this site as a placeholder for researchers trying to locate me.
