I am a Behavioral Statistics Lead at at Fors Marsh Group LLC in Arlington, VA. I have a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and I am Graduate Statistician (GStat) accredited by the American Statistical Association.
Along with my studies at GMU, my job has led to myriad interests in behavioral science. Many of my interests are methodological. Recently, I have been working on the the development of relative importance analysis for determining independent variable importance across myriad predictive statistical models.
My substantive research is rather diverse (owing to my graduate studies and work experience) and has touched on well-being and satisfaction, job characteristics (i.e., social support, autonomy, demands) and perceptions, human resource management, as well as occupational choice.
