I am an Associate Professor of Accounting at the College of Business and Economics of the California State University at Fullerton. I completed my PhD in Accounting at the Fisher College of Business of the Ohio State University. I also hold an MA in statistics from Columbia University and a BS in Business Administration from Sogang University. 

Research Areas: Financial disclosure and capital markets; Insider trading; Corporate diversification strategy; Segment reporting; Corporate Governance.
