I am an Associate Professor in the School of Economics at Yonsei University, and Chair of Economics at Underwood International College of Yonsei University. Previously, I worked at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago in June 2014 under supervision of Roger Myerson.
My research interests are in bargaining theory, mechanism design, political economy and law & economics. Currently I am working on (1) informed principal problems (theory and experiment), (2) matching and partnership games, (3) mediation and voting/delegation in organizations.
I am visiting IUB's economics department as an adjunct professor for Spring 2026.
