BIO: Dr. Liu was born in China in 1978. He received his Ph.D. degrees in Mechatronics from Shenyang Institute of Automation(SIA), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) in 2007. From 2005 to 2006, he had worked at SIA, CAS as an assistant Professor. Since January 2007, he has being an Associate Professor with SIA, CAS. He is also holding the Assistant Director position of State Key Laboratory of Robotics (China) from March 2008. His research interests include reconfigurable modular robot, search and rescue robot, space robot, and Bio-inspired robotics. He has authored and coauthored about forty papers and ten patents in above areas. He was awarded T. J. TARN Best Paper Award in Robotics from 2005 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetic, the Best Paper Award of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society in 2007, and the Best Presentation Awards of SIA Youth Academic Forum both in 2005 and 2006. He is a member of the IEEE, IEEE Technical Committee on Safety, Security, and Rescue Robotics, IEEE Technical Committee on Marine Robotics, and the Senior Member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. 刘金国简介

工学博士, 中国科学院沈阳自动化研究所副研究员,机器人学国家重点实验室主任助理。曾负责或参加国家“863”计划、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院方向性项目、中国科学院创新基金项目、省基金项目等20多项课题,从事新型机器人(地面、空间、水下、仿生、特种)机构和智能控制方法方面的研究。所设计的新型机器人已申请专利11项(已授权6项),其中发明专利5项(已授权1项);参与编写英文专著1部,在国内外重要学术杂志和国际会议已发表和录用论文40多篇(其中第一作者论文24篇), SCI已检索5篇(其中第一作者论文4篇),EI已检索28篇(其中第一作者论文16篇),ISTP已检索9篇(其中第一作者论文5篇),论文被SCI引用10多次。研究工作获得IEEE机器人仿生学国际会议最佳论文奖(2005)、无人智能系统国际会议最佳论文提名奖(2008)、辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖“一等奖”(2006,2008,2009)和“二等奖”(2007)、中国科学院院长奖“优秀奖”(2007)、中科院GUCAS-BHPB奖(2005)、中国机械工程学会“优秀论文奖”(2007)、中国仪器仪表学会第十届青年学术会议优秀论文奖(2008)、中科院沈阳自动化所知识创新工程冠名奖(2005) 、中科院沈阳自动化所“优秀博士学位论文”奖(2007)、中科院沈阳自动化所五四青年学术交流会“二等奖”(2005)和“三等奖”(2006)等多项奖励和荣誉。现为中国机械工程学会高级会员、IEEE会员、IEEE机器人与自动化学会会员、IEEE海洋机器人技术委员会委员、IEEE灾难救援与安全机器人技术委员会委员,被邀为国际会议IEEE ICIA 09国际程序委员会委员,多个国际杂志(IEEE Transaction on Robotics,IEEE/ASME Transaction on Mechatronics,Advanced Robotics,International Journal of Mechanical Sciences等)、国内杂志(中国科学,机械工程学报,机器人等)和国际会议(IEEE ICRA, IEEE IROS,IEEE ICMA,IEEE ROBIO,IEEE ICIA,WCICA等)的审稿人。
