  • Joyce's creative art "little mermaids" at age 3 is published in the Seasame Street magazine
 
  • Joyce's art at age 5 receives Honorable Mention in a national youth art contest and is included in the published hardcover collection
  • Joyce's creative art in the 4th Grade becomes a permanent display in the Principal's Office at the Thornell Road Elementary School

  • Joyce is accepted to the 2015 Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival  as a student of the internationally acclaimed cellist Alison Wells 
  • Joyce receives 2015 Eastman Community Music School Merit Scholarship (Jocelyn Panepento Scholarship)
  • Joyce is again placed in a Scholarship Honors Ensemble as part of the Chamber Music Connection program at Hochstein School of Music and Dance for the 2015-2016 school year
  • Joyce moves up 11 places to become the second chair in cello in the Rochester Philharmonic Youth Orchestra for the 2015-2016 season
  • Joyce makes 2015 NYSSMA Senior High Zone 2 Area All-State Orchestra Selection (Cello Seat: 6)
  • Joyce is the Principal (cello) of the Pittsford Mendon HS Symphony Orchestra, invited by the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) to perform in the prestigious “Concert Hour” at the 2015 NYSSMA Conference held at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, December 2015

  • Joyce holds the first solo recital at the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford, February 20, 2016 ( A sample: John Williams' "Memoirs Of A Geisha" )
  • Joyce receives Honorable Mention in 2016 Finger Lakes Young Artist Competition and is invited to be Assistant Cello Principal in a concert with the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra
  • Joyce receives 2016 Eastman Community Music School Merit Scholarship (Jocelyn Panepento Scholarship)

  • Joyce (15-1* with one controversial loss in singles and 23-1 overall) and her Mendon Girls Tennis Varsity teammates are undefeated in the 2014 season (and the 3rd season in a roll), capturing the Section V Class A Team Crown against all odds; Joyce is named to the Monroe County School All-League Team Tennis 1st String
  • Joyce and teammate Liza are the 2014 Section V Class A doubles finalists
  • Joyce (freshman) and Liza (junior) make their second trip to the NYSPHASS Girls Tennis Championship Tournament and win the 5th Place Medal in doubles (winning 4 out of 5 matches with the only loss to the eventual champion)
  • Joyce repeats in 2014 All-Greater Rochester Girls Tennis selection as a freshman
  • Joyce wins the University of Rochester Women's Tennis Campus Showdown (a try-out tournament for the University varsity team) in January 2015

  • Joyce is selected to the 2015 Girls 14 Zonals Team representing the USTA Eastern Section (NY, NJ, CT) and participates in a week-long competition in July 2015 against other section teams in Kalamazoo, MI
  • Joyce and her Mendon Girls Tennis Varsity teammates win the 3rd Victor Doubles Invitational; Joyce and Tami also win the "Best Doubles Players" award (October 2015) 
  • Joyce (17-0) and her Mendon Girls Tennis Varsity teammates are undefeated once again in the 2015 season (and the 4th perfect season amid a winning streak of 70+ team matches), capturing the Section V Class A Team Crown; Joyce is named to the Monroe County School All-League Team Tennis 1st String
  • Joyce and teammate Liza are the 2015 Section V Division A doubles champion
  • Joyce and teammate Liza are the 2015 Section V State Qualifier doubles champion
  • Joyce (sophomore) and Liza (senior) make their third consecutive trip to the NYSPHASS Girls Tennis Championship Tournament and are the semi-finalist in doubles (losing to the two-time champion)

  • Mendon Girls Tennis Varsity team is undefeated once again in the 2016 season (and the 5th perfect season amid a winning streak of 80+ team matches), capturing the Section V Class BB Team Crown; Joyce is the only veteran on all five Mendon teams;  Joyce is named to the Monroe County School All-League Team Tennis 1st String
  • Joyce and teammate Jess are the 2016 Section V Division BB doubles champion
  • Joyce and teammate Jess are the 2016 Section V State Qualifier doubles finalist
  • Joyce (junior) and Jess (freshman) make their first trip (and Joyce's 4th trip) to the NYSPHASS Girls Tennis Championship Tournament and are the quarter-finalist in doubles (losing to No. 1 seed)
  • Joyce is a NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete (for highest achievements in both varisity sports and academics) 
  • Joyce is named the Captain of the Mendon Girls Tennis Varsity team
  • Joyce is a 4-time honoree in the All-Greater Rochester Girls Tennis selection as a junior (2016) in a season plagued with injuries in both arms. Bravo!

  • Joyce serves on the Student Council during the 5th Grade
  • Joyce holds the first chair in cello on the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Orchestra in her schools
  • Joyce plays cello solo for the Barker Road Middle School Select Women's Chorus 
  • Joyce is the Principal Cellist of the Mendon High School Chamber Orchestra
  • Joyce wins "Outstanding Delegate" award at the 2015 UNAR Model UN Conference (March 6/7, St. John Fisher College, NY) in only her second appearance

  • Joyce achieves straight A+ in all subjects but 7th Honor Math (where she gets A) during the 6th Grade (2011-2012) at Barker Road Middle School (a National Blue Ribbon School
  • Joyce is on the High Honor Roll of the 7th Grade at Barker Road Middle School (2013), earning A+ in all 12 subjects and scoring 100 in all the 5 Regents or Final subject exams (Integrated Algebra, Social Studies, Science, Spanish, and Art)
  • Joyce achieves a GPA of 99 (including all honor classes) in the 8th grade and scores 100 in all the Regents exams
  • Joyce receives Chemistry Student Award from the Rochester Section of the American Chemical Society in her freshman and sophomore years
  • Joyce achieves a GPA of 99 (including all honor classes) in the 9th grade and scores 100 in two of the Regents exams
  • Joyce achieves a GPA of 98 (including all AP courses) in the 10th grade
