Thanks to everyone who attend our annual HOA meeting on November 2, 2025. As promised, we will start providing quarterly updates about the types of violations that are reported monthly by Magnolia, our management company.
YTD (through 9/30/25), 60 violations were submitted to the board for review:
Lawn/landscaping issues (grass, weeds): 36
Property repairs issues (home, mailbox, fences): 5
Property maintenance issues (mildew): 3
Parking issues: 3
Visable trash/cans issues: 6
Unapproved yard sign issues: 5
Unapproved improvements issues: 2
Contact HOA President Trae Russell if you have any questions about these reported violations.
Please report ANY suspicious activity to the EBR Sheriff's Office at 389-5000, or call 911 for an emergency. You can also contact our neighborhood patrol officer, Kade Babin, at (225) 389-5037. In addition we ask that you please contact any board member and share the news on our neighborhood Facebook page if you have access.
Keep an eye on our new bulletin board in the front of the neighborhood. We'll use it to convey important neighborhood information from time to time.
Remember that all plans for construction or physical alteration of any improvements to or on a lot must be submitted the Architectural Review Board first for approval.
Don't park on the streets. It's the quickest way to get your car broken into, damaged, stolen and/or vandalized. Plus, it's against our neighborhood restrictions.
Each homeowner is responsible for the street light in front of his/her house. If it needs to be repaired, call 1-800-ENTERGY and give them your address.
If you have a complaint about the neighborhood, voice your complaint nicely to the President or someone on the Board.
