I have also worked on internet food marketing, opinions of Agricultural Economics Graduate Students, urban entomological economics, and renewable electricity generation through human workouts.
Teaching: In the Fall, I teach AEC-300-002, A Competitive Edge to Ag Economics. This Spring 2014, I will teach Economic Perspectives on Current Environmental Issues. I also have co-taught AEC-580, a consulting project class in Spring 2011-2013.
I am currently an officer in the University of Kentucky Student Sustainability Council, a student representative of the President's Sustainability Advisory Committee, and the President of the Agricultural Economics Graduate Student Organization. I most enjoy being the coach of the UK Ag Economics Quiz Bowl team and leading individual undergraduate research projects!
