  • Understanding of molecular determinants of protein phase behaviors
  • Interdependence of conformations and phase behaviors of intrinsically disordered proteins
  • Interplay between folding/misfolding/unfolding and binding/aggregation/fibril formation of proteins
  • Modeling of biological networks and effect of network structures on system characteristics
  • Understanding and prediction of protein evolution at molecular level
