Protein Pancakes or Crepes

1 cup of Bobs Red Mill Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle WHOLE GRAIN MIX (http://www.bobsredmill.com)

1/4 cup of ground flax seed

1/4 cup of wheat germ

1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder

1 egg

3/4 cup of cold water for pancakes and if you are making crepes, I just keep adding cold water until its a very thin consistency.

Make sure you mix dry ingredients together before adding water.

Jake loves the crepes! I fill them up with fresh fruit strawberries, banana's , kiwi, blueberries and blackberries! so good he eats about 6 of them !
