1/2 pound bacon, chopped
1 cup perfect pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pound prepared pizza dough, at room temperature
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring, until just starting to crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
Roll out the pizza dough and place on slightly greased baking sheet. Place in oven and allow to bake for 8 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Spread the pizza sauce over the top, top with cheeses and bacon and place back in the oven 8-10 minutes longer, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool a bit before slicing. Enjoy!
