Japanese Shrimp Sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt and white pepper
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Can be stored in an airtight container for 1 week. Serve with shrimp, fish or chicken. Enjoy!
