Horseradish and Herb Spiked Mayo Sauce

3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon sour cream
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Can be made up to 3 days before. Enjoy!
