Greek Style Fish

4 Tilapia fillets (or any white fish)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T crumbled feta cheese
2 Tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice (plus a little for drizzling on fish)
garlic salt and pepper 


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil.  In a small bowl combine the mayo, cheese, mind, dill, and lemon juice; stir to combine.  Place the fish in prepared pan, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and season with garlic salt and pepper.  Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and evenly spread the mayo mixture over each piece of fish.  Place back in oven and continue to bake another 8-10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.  Enjoy!
