1/3 cup buttermilk
1.5 oz softened goat cheese
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
In a food processor or blender, pulse together all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
