Since 2010, Jen has enjoyed teaching fine art to Youth and Adults in the Continuing Education Program at Kendall, Advanced Drawing, Painting with Oils, Backyard Botany, Ghosts of the Ocean, and Paint the Dunes to name a few. She frequently writes new courses which are published for the program. The Nancy K. Poppen Fine Art Fund has employed Jennifer as their primary art educator at the Public Schools of the City of Muskegon/Hackley Administrative Board of Education since 2012. There she facilities group tutoring, and private instruction. Working on location in Allendale and Hudsonville teaching large groups of home schooled children provided Jen with more valuable experience connecting with another community of parents and their eager budding art students. The John Ball Zoo Society of Grand Rapids helped Jennifer to provide a very special environment within their education department, complete with live animals and handlers, to weave drawing lessons into children's  zoo experiences. Currently she conducts private instruction from her studio in Spring Lake and accommodates in home tutoring for many clients with special requests. Youth, Teen, Adult, and Special Needs students with any level of experience are welcome. Please see Drawing Lessons Flyer for more information.

She has owned and operated Jennifer Jaze Custom Paint LLC (independent contract work), and Jennifer Jones' Fine Art Creations (non commercial art) for the past twelve years. The small non-commercial fine art business was officially licensed with the state in 2008.  Jennifer Jaze Custom Paint LLC specializes in the design and execution of complex paint schemes on high performance, high profile offshore powerboats, drag racing care, motorcycles, and protective equipment. Digital design work, signs, banners, lettering, and tattoo design are other specialties. Internationally recognized entrepreneurs such as Mitcher T. Custom Paint Ltd., and SD Enterprises have established good working relationships with Jen through contract work and employment over the years. Today, after more than a decade in that industry she seldom uses automotive paint due to the toxicity of the materials. Although  frequenting custom paint/specialty shops and fixing her friends and families' vehicles and toys remains a hobby. Her hard work and dedication within the fast past commercial world of exotic custom paint helped her pay for her education.

Jen really enjoys connecting with new people. She looks forward to hearing from you soon. Dare to Imagine! No job is too small or too expansive. All inquiries welcome!
