Turkey Salad Roll-Ups

About 2 cups chopped leftover turkey, mix of light and dark meat

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp pepper

leftover cranberry sauce

whole grain wraps

Directions:

 In a large bowl, mix together the chopped turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

 Spread about two tablespoons cranberry sauce on each wrap and top it with a scoop of turkey salad.

Roll up wraps and serve.
