2 1/2 cups leftover roasted turkey, chopped or shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
handful of red grapes, sliced
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
head of iceberg lettuce for wrapping
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. To serve, place about a quarter cup of salad in a large iceberg lettuce leaf. Enjoy!
