Grilled Brie with Trail Mix and Honey

Ingredients:

1 wheel brie cheese, preferably triple-cream

1/2 cup dried berry and nut trail mix (I used some from Trader Joe's but anything will do)

1/4 cup honey

1 cedar plank

Crackers for serving

Directions:

Soak your cedar plank in cold water for 30 minutes prior to using. This will ensure it won't burn!

Next, preheat your grill to medium/high (about 400 degrees). Place your brie wheel on your plank and place on the grill. Close grill and cook for 10 minutes, until cheese is practically bursting at the sides.

Immediately after pulling off the grill, sprinkle trail mix and honey over. Serve with crackers.

Time:

45 minutes (includes time to soak the plank)
