Frozen Mango Lassis

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup plain yogurt (not Greek and not non-fat)

1/2 cup milk

1 T honey

cardamom for sprinkling on top

Directions:

Place mango, yogurt, milk and honey in the blender and process until smooth. Divide into one large glass or two small glasses and top with cardamom.
