Chai Shakes

Ingredients:

2 large frozen bananas (if you want to use regular bananas, just add ice)

1 cup very strong brewed chai tea (2 teabags per cup of water)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

tiny pinch of cinnamon

tiny pinch of ground ginger

1 T pure maple syrup

Directions:

Blend everything together. Drink immediately.
