Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 cups packed dark brown sugar

1 cup Biscoff spread (or other cookie butter spread)

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp vanilla

1/4 cup corn syrup

3 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 12-oz bag semisweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat the brown sugar, vegetable oil, biscoff spread and corn syrup in a bowl until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, along with the chocolate chips, and mix until a dough forms.

Drop tablespoons of dough onto a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool for three minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
