Jellyfish

Jellyfish is a chess engine developed by Mike Dokken. It supports both UCI and Xboard protocols.

History

Development of Jellyfish started in August of 2012. It was written from scratch in C. In August of 2013 Jellyfish got an account on ICC with the handle Jellyfish and has played there occasionally. The first public version, Jellyfish 1.0, was released on November 10, 2013. In March of 2022 Jellyfish got an account on Lichess and can be challenged at https://lichess.org/@/JellyfishBot.
