The goal of this project ("Multimodal, high-resolution modeling of the thalamus for neuroimaging studies: application to dyslexia", Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant agreement No 654911) is to build a probabilistic atlas of the thalamic nuclei and a set of companion Bayesian segmentation algorithms that use the atlas to analyze brain MRI data from neuroimaging studies. The atlas will be built upon ultra-high resolution MRI and histology data from ex vivo (human!) brain samples.

In these pages, I plan to publish data, code releases, and up-to-date information on the progress of the project. Stay tuned!
