1. Click on the entry link
2. Read the rules and scoring on the sheet
3. Your entry doesn't have to be on official sheet, you can type it in an email or a text if that is easier
4. Create your team, drafting one player from each team (illegal rosters not eligible for winnings).
5. Create a unique team name
6. Be sure to answer the 2 tiebreak questions (total Super Bowl points and Conference that will win SB)
7. Send your entry to Jason or Jeff (be sure your name and tiebreak info is included)

10. No entry fee = No Payout
11. Payouts in 2025 were 1st $700, 2nd $300, 3rd $190, 4th $100, 5th $50
