Spiced Apple Cider

This smells so good! Some recipes I've seen call for sugar.  There's really no need since apple cider is naturally so sweet.

4 cups apple cider

2 star anise

1 cinnamon stick

3 whole cloves

3 whole allspice

juice squeezed from 1 clementine

Place apple cider, star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice, and clementine juice in a medium saucepan.  Simmer for 30 minutes.  Remove spices, strain and serve warm.
