Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

I like to use roasted piquillo peppers as the color is a vibrant red, but any roasted red peppers will do.


1 jar roasted red peppers (10 ounces)

2 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl and process until pureed. Store in the refrigerator.
