Fresh Mango Avocado Pepper Salsa

This fruit salsa can be served with tortillas chips, or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.


1 mango, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

1 avocado, chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 tablespoons fresh chives, minced

3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced

2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice or white wine vinegar


Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips, or on top of grilled chicken or fish.
