A Healthy Healing Fruit Smoothie


1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera juice

1 cup frozen fruit of your choice

1 cup almond or other nut milk

2 tablespoons light coconut milk, optional (for a tropical flavor)


Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes. 


Place in blender along with aloe juice, fruit, almond milk and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.


Makes one serving.
