Blogging Dangers

posted Sep 12, 2011, 9:19 AM by Ally Dodd
Some blogging dangers are: giving out too much information, and cyber bullying. These are both legitimate because giving out too much information is unsafe. Cyber bullying can damage someone's self esteem.  Giving out too much information can cause you problems because you could get your identity stolen, and people could find out where you live and cause you harm.
Another danger is that whatever you post stays online forever. You have to be sure to watch what you post and make sure that it does not harm you or others.  If someone posts something offensive about his or hers workplace, they could get fired. We always have to be careful on what we say.
Rules:
1) Do not post private information.
2) Be careful who you talk to and what you talk about on the blog.
