7/31/07 -- Returned home, Japan was amazing!  I hope to edit all the footage I took soon!

7/4/07-- Heading off to Japan tomorrow for about a month.  I'll be back after July 31st.

    I finally reached my goal weight of 145 pounds.  Hooray.  Now to maintain the weight.  Thanks to everyone for your support.
