What is offered

Talking confidentially with an experienced, understanding counsellor, who is accepting of you, can provide a really helpful space to reflect and work through your situation.

My aim is to work with you to help you recognise and use your own resources more effectively. As we are all different, I tailor your sessions to help you explore whatever difficulty you may have at your individual pace. With the right environment and someone to listen to us we all have the potential to make changes in our lives. Sometimes our experience of early relationships help shape the person we have become, and with your commitment and a my support, there is the potential to change and become more satisfied with our lives.

You may initially be unsure what you want to achieve or exactly why you have come. There’s no magic formula and we can work together to explore how to meet your specific needs.

One off sessions
From time to time we may just need someone outside of our circle of family and friends to talk to confidentially, maybe about a work, academic or relationship issue.  If so, I can provide one or two sessions to help you talk through what is happening without committing to a contract of therapy.

Telephone and online counselling
I can offer telephone and online counselling where face to face is not possible, please contact me for details.

Your first appointment
Your first session is FREE which last for 30 minutes. This allows us to get to know each other, find out what brings you to therapy and see if we can work together, with no obligation for either of us to continue beyond this

Fees and session details 

An initial meeting is free of charge and will be 30 minutes.
Individual sessions are £50.00 for 50 mins.
Couples sessions are   £60.00 for 50 mins

One off sessions are    £75 for 1.5 hrs
