About Me

I am a professionally qualified and BACP registered counsellor in Hampshire, and practice independently in South Warnborough near Odiham.  I have a BA Hons degree in Humanistic Counselling with Transactional Analysis and have been practising since 2005., I also have qualifications and experience in play therapy, couples therapy, mindfulness, autism, and trauma skills. My approach, brings together skills from various principles, therefore, counselling sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs, helping you get the most from your sessions. 

My work includes extensive work with individuals from all walks of life, adults, couple, young adults and physically and learning disabled clients.  I also facilitate groups and workshops.

People come to therapy with all sorts of needs such stress, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, anger management, low self esteem, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties, stress, change and transition, loss of confidence, and personal development. I am here to help you unravel what it is you need in order to live a happier life.

My aim is to work positively with you, regardless of your age, gender, disability, cultural and religious background or sexual preference. We will review what you need from your sessions on a regular basis.

As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists,(www.bacp.co.uk) I practice and abide by its ethical framework. I hold a current enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
