I am an Associate Professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Carleton University. Within the Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Mathematics and Statistics,  I am a member of the Joint Analysis Group as well as the interdisciplinary QUASAR Group, which studies QUAntum Security through Algebra and Representation theory. I am also an Affiliate Member of the Institute for Quantum Computing in Waterloo.

My research lies within operator algebras and their applications to harmonic analysis on quantum groups and quantum information theory. Visit my research page for more details.

Prospective students: I have undergraduate- and graduate-level research projects at the intersection of functional analysis and quantum information. Contact me if interested.
