I joined the Ohio State University Economics Department in 2012, after completing my Ph. D. at Northwestern University. My area of expertise is empirical industrial organization. In 2016 I was named the Howard P. Marvel Scholar by the Department of Economics. I am from Mendoza in Argentina, where I received a B.A. in Economics at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, and an M.A. in Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

My research focuses on estimating demand and its implications for price competition, market power, and the efficiency of market and non-market institutions. My methodological approach, structural estimation, requires a combination of theoretical and econometric skills. My research is centered on empirical auctions and models of strategic interactions, such as discrete choice and networks models.

I teach
industrial organization both at the undergraduate and Ph.D. levels.
