It is an amazing facility with terrific resources but with some firm procedures.
1. PHOTO ID MUST be brought to EVERY VISIT--or you cannot enter the building.
2. YOU MUST BRING AN INSURANCE CARD--to EVERY VISIT. You will be turned away without one. A copy of the card on your phone is not enough--please PRINT ONE OUT if necessary.
